A Pennsylvania man has been accused of stealing about $100,000 worth of gold jewelry from a Connecticut home the same day the victims were planning to leave the country for more than a month.
Fausto Peralta-Ruben, 26, faces charges of first-degree burglary, conspiracy to commit first-degree burglary, first-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit first-degree larceny, according to the Clinton Police Department.
