WARREN — Dominique D. York, 37, was arraigned Monday in Warren Municipal Court Monday on charges of first-degree-felony aggravated burglary and third-degree felonies of domestic violence, strangulation and violating a protection order in a Saturday afternoon incident at a home in the 1000 block of Willard Avenue SE.
York is accused of entering the home of a woman he knows uninvited and assaulting her around noon.
